Lifestyle

Fave things in my life right now.

As I really like to know what famous and important people like me “like” in their lifes, or find useful in their lifes, Im going to create my own list of things I like or are my favorites, or whatever you want to call it. With this, I will try to create some type of following cult towards me and everything I represent.

1. New MacBook Pro Retina 15 inches.
faster than I expected, lighter than I expected, the whole retina thing is an hoax, I see photos the very same as before, and it has less connectors, not to name the lack of cd/dvd drive or the electrical magnet plug change making all your previous chargers useless. Even with those flaws, pretty happy with it, and just because for its size, weight and new processor, worth it.

2. My Fuji Instax Cameras.

A great alternative to the Polaroid cameras. Better optics, availability and good film prices. Get it. I use both cameras.

3. Cooking at home.
I am not sure why most americans have phobia to food. I mean, I know people who have clean kitchens not because they clean them every day, just because they dont use them. Don´t get me wrong, I love take out, I love restaurants, and I love eating out… but cooking home has been my personal crusade ever since I arrived to New York. Supermarkets are expensive, but I have forced myself to learn to cook vegetarian and vegan food mostly every day since october’11. The joy and pride of being able to create great meals yourself is amazing.Try it. I usually post recipes or ideas on my Instagram (ivanskulls).

4. The Iphone 4S:
Yeah, I had no clue the Iphone 4 and Iphone 4S would be So much different, but they are. believe me, I don’t usually pay any attention to the whole “s” difference between devices if any, but again, like with the Retina, this phone is WAY much faster than my previous Iphone 4. Being able to talk with the phone and ask her “Do you like me?” is pretty epic too. Siri. All day. Even if she doesn’´t understand my english most of the times.

5. Half guard.
My fave guard on jiujitsu and also one of the most versatile of them all on my opinion.

And for today, I have no clue what else I cant live without, I assume will go on later on…
